Arrived late to find my room was not ready, forcing me to accept a different room with leftover food and only a bath mat for a towel. The front desk was unhelpful and unapologetic.

The hotel experience was pleasant overall. The breakfast was outstanding with a quick and cheerful chef, setting a great tone for the day. However, I noticed the bathroom sliding doors had no locks, which was inconvenient for privacy. Also, I found the layout of the hotel a bit tricky, but it didn’t overshadow the enjoyable stay with my friends.

The staff was incredibly friendly, making us feel welcomed from the moment we arrived. The cozy lobby space was perfect for relaxing as a family after our soccer games, and my daughter enjoyed studying by the fire. Breakfast was outstanding with a quick and cheerful chef who ensured everything was fresh and hot.
Missing do not disturb signs and no locks on bathroom sliding doors.

We explored the Palladium concert hall and enjoyed fantastic music vibes! The breakfast was the best part, with a quick and cheerful chef. Keep in mind the layout of the hotel. it can be a bit tricky with room locations, but overall a great time.
One thing that stood out was the lack of do not disturb signs. I didn't like that there was no way to indicate if the bathroom was occupied since the sliding doors had no locks.

The lobby's modern decor was both inviting and comfortable, making it a lovely place for relaxation. It was easily accessible, allowing senior guests like me to navigate without any worries.
Need more seating options in the common areas.

The King Studio Suite offered a spacious setting for my stay. I loved how friendly the staff was, making check-in smooth. The breakfast impressed me with fresh options. However, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. I found leftover food in the fridge, and there was only a bath mat available as a towel. The overall presentation felt a bit lacking. The room wasn't ready when I arrived at 5 PM, despite my earlier notice. I also noticed some rips on the desk chair and outer windows weren't clean. Just little details that could improve the experience.

The king suite we stayed in was super spacious and had a nice view, which really made our stay feel special. We loved lounging by the indoor heated pool and relaxing on the sun terrace after a long day. One small downside was the check-in process took a bit longer than expected, but overall, we enjoyed our time here! 😊

Fantastic staff, always attentive and welcoming. The room was comfortable and convenient, with a nice touch of water provided at check-in. Being within walking distance to the concert venue was a huge plus, allowing us to avoid long lines and parking fees. However, while the amenities are good, some staff interactions could be improved for a more seamless experience.
